How to register an account
Registering with Enigm is very simple. Follow these steps:
- Access https://app.enigm.io/sign-up
- Select the username you want and set a password.
- Choose the type of subscription (monthly or annual) and make the payment.
- Your account will be ready to use!
Messaging and security
All messages are protected with end-to-end encryption using technologies such as AES-256 and post-quantum algorithms. Plus, our features like message shredding, screenshot jammer, and voice modulator enhance confidentiality.
Messages are temporarily stored on our servers, but are fully encrypted with post-quantum technology. Encryption keys are exclusively on your device, which means:
- If someone physically accesses your device, they cannot retrieve messages because they are not stored locally.
- If someone accesses our servers, they can't decrypt messages without your phone's keys.
This prevents message recovery even through forensic techniques.
Our app includes a system that detects and blocks screenshot and recording attempts to protect your conversations.
Our application includes its own VPN, which uses private Enigm servers located in safe territories, without log records and with constant protection. Additionally, we have a node-based proxy network that guarantees complete anonymity by routing your connections securely and privately at all times.
Server
Having your own server allows you complete control over your data, locating the infrastructure where you prefer, complying with local regulations and increasing privacy.
Yes, you can delete all stored data or information specific to certain members, maintaining complete control.
eSIM
It is a virtual SIM card that does not require identity verification or provide your real number to the local provider. It is designed exclusively for mobile data and ensures total anonymity.
Our eSIM can be used in almost any country in the world, allowing you to access mobile data networks securely, without restrictions and without relying on physical SIM cards.
The eSIM ensures that your local provider does not know your real number, eliminating risks such as the SimToolKit attack. In addition, along with the protection of our app, it prevents monitoring of your location, call logs, messages and data sessions.
Plans and payments
We offer two types of subscriptions:
- Annual: Payable by card, cryptocurrencies or Code Coins.
- Monthly: Available only with card payment.
They are a system of Enigm's own codes that you can acquire and use to pay for your subscription.
Access and management
You can do this through the web control panel at app.enigm.io, from where you can manage connected devices, notifications and permissions, or even permanently delete your account.
You can recover it using the security phrase generated during registration.
Privacy
Yes, messages are stored on our servers, but they are fully encrypted with post-quantum technology. Only your device's keys can decrypt it, ensuring your data is inaccessible to third parties, even if they gain physical access to the servers.
Yes, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
